Here’s the process:
Step 1:
We’ve made the questionnaire available in 2 formats. Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat (PDF). If you download the questionnaire as a Microsoft Word document, please type into the actual form. If you do not have Microsoft word you will need to download the questionnaire as a PDF, print the file and fill it out legibly.

Step 2:
Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, please email it to critique@hitsongsdeconstructed.com along with an MP3 of your song. Be sure to include the following information in the body of the email:
- Your name
- Your email address and phone number
- Your questionnaire
- Your MP3
Step 3:
You will receive your completed Your Song Deconstructed critique within 10 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire and mp3.
